MINISTRIES

At PCH we have a variety of ways we can minister to and love on others. Below are a handful of the ways we do this. As we get established and grow, so will this list, so keep an eye out for new ministries.

V O L U N T E E R B A R I S T A S

Through our volunteer program we are able to offer work experience and training in the specialty coffee industry. The program is open to high school age students who have proven to have a real relationship with God and can rightly represent Public Coffee House.

If you are in high school and have a passion for coffee, connecting with others and Christ then please contact us for more info on how you can be a volunteer barista.

Y O U T H G R O U P

Friday night Youth Group is a time of worship and the word. From 6:30-9 for 6th-12th grade. We open with a fun time of games, ice breakers and team building activities. Followed by a time of worship and a verse by verse study through the word of God.

T U T O R I N G

During the school year we offer free tutoring for 6th-12th grade. Our tutor specializes in math and science, but can tutor any middle school and high school subject. Make sure to take advantage of this free service! Check the calendar on the Happening page to see the tutoring schedule.

C O M M U N I T Y D I N N E R

At public Coffee House we love food almost as much as we love coffee, and we love people even more. So we combine all of these passions and act out the love of Jesus by putting on our community dinners. We provide a full meal, desserts, and live music all for free. Keep your eye on the calendar for upcoming dinners.

D A I L Y D I S C I P L E S H I P

Daily discipleship is exactly what it sounds like. Daily being with the youth, hanging out, having fun and conversing with them. We focus on building relationships and showing the love of Jesus in every game of pool, conversation and cup of coffee we serve. We make ourselves available daily to talk, offering help and advise to any and all who need it. We have such a heart for the youth of North Fork as well as the rest of the mountain area and love having this opportunity to be their friend, brother, sister, counselor, and most importantly the ones who point them to Jesus.

CREATIVE ACTIVITIES

Starting this summer 2018, Public Coffee House is planning on having various creative activities specifically geared towards the youth, but all are welcome. We will have karaoke nights, musical instruments training, book club, art create and many more. Please check the calendar for updates on these activities.
